Aston Villa sits in third place, and last season’s champions, Manchester City, are in fourth after a sluggish start.
Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, acknowledged the fierce competition, recognizing the fantastic atmosphere and strong positions of both teams, anticipating an intense game. However, Liverpool faces challenges with key players sidelined due to injuries, including Joel Matip’s season-long suspension and ongoing absences of Thiago and Stefan Bajcetic. Andy Robertson, recovering from a dislocated shoulder, is on track for a January return, but Klopp emphasized patience in his recovery.
