Barcelona are gearing up for an eventful summer transfer window as club president Joan Laporta looks to strengthen the squad with impactful signings.

However, according to Spanish newspaper El Nacional, Laporta has identified a promising alternative: Kenan Yıldız, the young Turkish forward from Juventus.

Last summer, Juventus turned down offers of €60 million for Yıldız, but his value has now risen to around €80 million. If the club’s financial difficulties persist, they may be more open to negotiating a deal, creating an opportunity for Barcelona to make their move.
However, the transfer won’t be easy. Barcelona are still struggling with Financial Fair Play regulations and will need to offload some players and reduce their wage bill before making any significant signings.
Additionally, Yıldız himself will have a say in his future. With multiple clubs interested in him, his decision will be crucial. However, the prospect of joining Barcelona and playing under Hansi Flick in a young, dynamic team could be an appealing factor.
