Arsenal is reportedly making notable moves in the transfer market as they set their sights on Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike, aiming to strengthen their attacking options before the new campaign kicks off. Insiders close to Arsenal’s transfer operations suggest that Arteta views Ekitike as a natural fit for his tactical system. The young striker boasts excellent movement, clinical finishing, and positional versatility — attributes that complement Arsenal’s quick, attacking brand of football. With Gabriel Jesus battling inconsistency and Eddie Nketiah struggling to secure a regular starting role, Ekitike is seen as a long-term solution to bolster the Gunners’ front line.
However, Arsenal is not alone in their pursuit of the promising forward. Premier League rivals Manchester United and Chelsea are believed to be monitoring Ekitike’s situation, while Liverpool has also reportedly added him to their list of attacking targets.
