Meanwhile, transfer speculation has begun to swirl, with reports from Spanish outlet El Nacional revealing that Paris Saint-Germain has reignited its interest in one of Barcelona’s brightest young stars, Fermín López.
This move is reminiscent of PSG’s past pursuits of notable Barcelona talents, such as Frenkie de Jong, Lamine Yamal, Pedri González, and Ronald Araújo. The French champions have also previously succeeded in luring former Barcelona icons like Neymar Jr., Lionel Messi, and Ousmane Dembélé to Paris.
Currently, PSG has set its sights on Fermín López — a talented midfielder known for his attacking flair, defensive commitment, and impressive work rate. Although Fermín has shown promising performances whenever given the opportunity, he has yet to fully earn Hansi Flick’s confidence as a regular starter.
