A huge shock hits Camp Nou! Hansi Flick has reportedly delivered a bold message to one of FC Barcelona’s top players, informing him of a surprising decision and suggesting he move to Paris Saint-Germain to work with Luis Enrique or join Atlético Madrid under Diego Simeone, reportedly telling him: “You will not play for Barcelona again!”

Uncertainty is gradually surrounding the future of Gavi at FC Barcelona following his long road to recovery from a serious injury.  Although the talented midfielder has now regained his fitness and returned to training with the squad, his role within the team is still not completely clear.

Reports indicate that Barcelona’s current head coach, Hansi Flick, has not guaranteed the young Spaniard a regular place in the starting lineup. The situation is largely due to the intense competition that currently exists in Barcelona’s midfield. Over the past months, several players have established themselves as key figures in that area of the pitch, making it more difficult for returning players to immediately reclaim their previous roles.

Midfield stars such as Pedri and Frenkie de Jong are already firmly settled in the team and continue to play important roles in the club’s tactical structure. At the same time, younger talents like Marc Bernal have also emerged as promising options, further increasing the competition for places in the middle of the park.

According to sources close to the club, Flick has privately informed Gavi that earning a regular spot in the starting eleven will not be straightforward at the moment. The German coach reportedly explained that the current balance of the squad is working well and that changes will be made carefully.

However, the message is believed to have been delivered in a constructive manner, with the intention of protecting the player’s long-term progress rather than putting unnecessary pressure on him immediately after his return from injury.

Despite this reassurance, the uncertainty around his role has begun to attract interest from other major European clubs. Several teams are believed to be monitoring the situation closely, aware that a player with Gavi’s qualities could become available if circumstances change.

Among the clubs reportedly keeping an eye on developments are Paris Saint‑Germain and Atlético Madrid. Both sides are said to admire the midfielder’s relentless energy, leadership qualities, and fierce competitive mentality—traits that have made him one of Spain’s most exciting young talents.

For now, however, Gavi remains fully committed to Barcelona and continues to be part of the squad at Camp Nou. The midfielder still hopes to fight for his position and regain the influence he once had within the team.

Nevertheless, with competition in Barcelona’s midfield stronger than ever, the upcoming months could prove decisive. They may ultimately determine whether Gavi successfully reestablishes himself as a key player at the club or begins to consider a new challenge elsewhere in Europe.
