Arsenal is actively monitoring several players as the summer transfer window approaches.
One notable player on their list is Semih Kilicsoy, an 18-year-old striker from Besiktas. Kilicsoy has caught the attention of Arsenal scouts, as well as those from Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, following his impressive performances at EURO 2024.

Another target for Arsenal is Youssouf Fofana, a midfielder from AS Monaco. However, Manchester United is ahead in negotiations with Zirkzee’s representatives, and the striker has a release clause of £34 million.
Additionally, Arsenal has been linked to Bruno Guimaraes, a midfielder from Newcastle United. While Manchester City is reportedly ready to meet his £100 million release clause, Arsenal is not willing to match this fee.
Nevertheless, Guimaraes is reportedly keen on leaving Newcastle this summer, which might provide Arsenal with an opportunity to make a bid.
