Arsenal legend David Seaman believes that Pedro Neto, who has been linked with Chelsea, would be an excellent addition for Arsenal, serving as a solid backup for Bukayo Saka.
During the previous summer transfer window, Arsenal made significant strides by acquiring players such as Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, David Raya, and Jurrien Timber, which solidified their status as strong league contenders.

Despite this, David Seaman has voiced his opinion, suggesting that Arsenal would be a more suitable destination for Neto. Speaking to Betway, Seaman expressed his admiration for Neto’s performances for Portugal, stating that he would welcome Neto at Arsenal.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported that both clubs have finalized the deal for Kellyman, valued at £19 million, with an official statement expected soon. The 18-year-old Kellyman, who appeared six times for Aston Villa last season, including two Premier League matches, is considered a promising young talent. Additionally, Ian Maatsen is set to transfer to Aston Villa for £37.5 million, though reports indicate that these two deals are independent of each other.
